We were half-joking when we mentioned yesterday that we'd be covering robotic speed boats in our new Transportation section, but Yme Bosma already found one for us to write about: Marine Robotic Vessels International's Ghost Guard is an unmanned speed boat that can be remotely controlled from almost anywhere, and has radar, sonar, and video cameras for tracking and surveillance purposes. That bright yellow paint job will make it impossible for drug traffickers to spot the Ghost Guard, too.
