The Treo 610 will have a processor that more than twice as fast as the 600 (312mhz vs 144mhz). The screen resolution on the 610 will be double that of the 600 (320x320 vs 160x160).

The 610 will also sport Bluetooth, which I can use to wirelessly connect my laptop to my phone to browse the web. With the 600, I have to use a USB cable.

Beyond that, there probably aren't any other huge differences. If the 3 things I mentioned above aren't a big deal to you, then go for the 600. It's worth considering...
