The s710a supports EDGE the advanced protocal for High speed wirless data communications.

The s700i is designed more for the european and asian markets with it's low band being 900Mhz. It also does not have the EDGE high speed wirless data transfer.

Both have FM radio and all the other good stuff. Basically everything alse is the same but, dont't believe me just check this out:
