Water is usually colder than the ambient air... thus, any moisture trapped withing the waterproof case would condense on the outer walls. As a diver, I can't imagine using this underwater unless it was for a self guided tour applications, such as some musuems. It's water tight, inexpensive and it floats. I think they were a smidge deeper than 130 feet, though.
