Enomatic, the self-service wine bar
We never have enough bottles of wine around the house (full bottles, that is) to make this worthwhile, but we could
see well-heeled oenophiles and busy wine bars snapping up the Enomatic, a dispenser that can hold up to 16 bottles and
includes a card reader for self-service usage. The system keeps wine fresh for up to three weeks, and custom
configurations can be built to hold any number of bottles. The Italian-made Enomatic is apparently so hot among wine
connoisseurs that VinoVenue, a popular San Francisco wine bar, refused to tell anyone where they got theirs. So, kudos
to Vivi's Wine Journal for tracking it down.

If you're in Chicago check this beast out at "Just Grapes" - 560 West Washington - or Justgrapes.net I think.
Anyway, the Enomatic was there and is an awesome way to sample many wines before you buy!
Here's Cheers!
Kudo's to Vivi's Wine Journal? Huh?!? This was a "Wired News" (Wired Magazine online) six days ago. http://www.wired.com/news/technology/0,1282,66313,00.html
And, Wired was not the first to post about it. (Can't remember: Either SF Chronicle Wine Section, or an SF wineblog.)
Where in those articles does it tell you where to get one? Or the name of the company?
I think this site (Engadget) is smart enough to only put "new" news up...

Great wine shop in downtown Chicago. A great place to sample 16 different wines on a machine called an Enround. Great place to learn about wines from a great instructor, Don!
When your in Chicago it is a must to stop in.
I was in Vancouver-WA and there is a new huge
multi movie theaters: Cinetopia with a tasting room and wine bar with around 100 bottle slots
preserved and poured with the amazing
Enomatic systems, called Enosystem and Enoline.
I really suggest to go to Cinetopia to live
a wonderful experience with art & WINE!!!
It wa unique!!!!! and Rudy the owner is so nice!
