Cingular confirms Treo 650 for business customers

Alright, so maybe Cingular didn't roll out their version of the Treo 650 this week like everyone had expected, but a ton of people have written in over the past couple of days to mention that Cingular has definitely started accepting orders for the new phone from their corporate customers. Most people reported being told that their new 650 wouldn't ship until February 4th, but we know of at least one person who has already managed to get their hands on one.
