I hated the Treo 600, but the BB is terrific. Phone is top notch (though I do miss speaker phone mode) and the email is very intuitive.

2 gripes.

- The holster is nearly impossible to work single handed - I cant get the BB out in time to answer call.

- My old BT200 Jabra headset (that went into hibernation when I went to VWZ from ATT a year ago) crashes my BB7250 as soon as they "mate". Every time i try to place, rec or even go off hook with the headset I crash the phone - it totally dies and restarts itself.

But other than that - LOVE this new BB

zip

Comments on CDMA BlackBerry 7250 for Verizon

Can you buy a cradle for the Blackberry 7250? Problem is, I use the heck out of my speakerphone and it really pisses me off that, as usual, Verizon is half a step behind the curve here. It took forever for them to GET the Treo 600 and then once I popped down the $550 for it, Treo comes out with the much-better 650, which VZ will probably get around to later this year, if that. Regardless, who knows when they'll get it right and offer the 7520 - like Nextel does for $49, versus $399 for VZ's 7250. Except if you travel a lot, Nextel for voice is prolly not so good. I'd love to hear from others that travel throughout the U.S. and have Nextel for voice and actually LIKE it - i.e. no dropped calls and such.

Also, does anyone use the new Motorola HF800 Bluetooth Speakerphone? How is it?

ezryder2@comcast.net

Joe Schmoe

Comments on CDMA BlackBerry 7250 for Verizon

Looking for an unlock kit for a Blackberry 7100g from Cingular so I can take it to T-Mobile.
