I work for a genetics lab and it's not uncommon for "discoveries" to get buried for a few years while drug companies decide how to make the most profit from the discovery.  Usually all it takes is $$ (grant renewal) and everything is a-ok. Lai, however, didn't play ball. In research where grant renewal is life or death, you either play the game or you go home.]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[Me]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Dec 19th 2005 1:38AM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
