It's been talked about for a long time; this is it finally coming to market.<br><br>I guess they think "writing vertically" is somehow easier for lay-people to understand. The magnetic domains are aligned vertically instead of horizontally. According to this, Toshiba HAS already created this.  A terrabyte would be great (servers) but what about write speeds?
