The Pleiades USB-FX drive enclosure
Just in case you couldn't get enough of that sweet, sweet cheesegrater steez (or wanted to confuse and/or annoy your Apple friends if you're a PC person), you might consider the Pleiades USB-FX, a SATA/PATA external drive enclosure with USB 2.0 or LAN connectivity. It is a little irksome that the vent holes aren't milled to the same size as your G5 tower, but at least this way you can get a finer grate for hard cheeses like reggio romano and fresh parm.
