I spend maybe ten minutes a morning there--brushing my teeth, combing my hair (it gets tangled...), that sort of thing. A weather report would be nice. A reminder of my schedule would be useful occasionally (it'd be more useful if I had a complicated schedule, like a manager or a salesman). Or maybe it could show my daily webcomics.

But really, it'd probably be cheaper and easier to have it display *next* to the mirror.

I wonder what you see if you aim a VGA projector at a mirror?

John Stracke

Comments on Magic Mirror makes your home smarter… and creepier

Well... I just think of it as the technology. Someone had to make it and it's new so I'm sure it doesn't have many features but the features and practicality of being able to implement a screen into glass is a huge breakthrough. They can use that way more places than a mirror in your bathroom. I'm not planning on buying a 3000+ dollar mirror anytime.. well ever.. as far as I can tell... but you have to admit it's freakin awesome.

Scott Espenschied
