You will notice that ever since they got hit with the instant karma of being accused of patent infringement themselves, there hasn't been a peep from their legal department about suing anyone else. I would love to think that they had learned their lesson, though it is probably more likely that their legal department has just been too busy to get around to being a pain in someone else's side.
