I guess I just don't want to get my hopes up before I see any proof.

I like 'OS X' and I would really like to see an official, Apple-sanctioned PC version. Don't get me wrong - 'OS X' is not perfect but if Microsoft and Apple get in a 'OS X' vs. Longhorn pissing contest we all win in the end (well, as long as Apple doesn't get bought out or anything but frankly I don't see that happening anytime soon).

I dont belive that developers will get any discs or iso-s, only the developer box with the thing preinstalled.

what crack are you on? More features? Better aesthetics? Surely it would have to have PowerMac/iMac/etc firmware on the BIOS to boot though...? So what if you can get the Tiger Intel ISO. To install in on your system, you need to have drivers, and I'm pretty sure, that the developer version will only have drivers for the equipment on that machine, so it will only work if you have the same motherboard or chipset.
