- Price is not reasonable
- Battery Life could be better
- UI better than Siemens and Nokia, but think about it
- Address Book (at least add one that makes sense)
- I need to save a picture before I can take a new one (WTF?)
- I need to hold the audio memo button WHILE recording (2xWTF?)
- can' record video (C'mon!)

Don't add the MS OS, add something that's safe and doesn't crash that often... The OS is identical on the Razor and V551 so no plus there.

I'm not disappointed in my Razr for the things I was looking for. It's a great size and form factor, and the call quality and reception are better than any of the above.

But it's just a phone. It's not going to make you happy surfing the web, playing games, or anything other than being a phone.

1) Directional pad should be easier to use,
2) Vibrate should be stronger,
3) Camera could be ok-- current one BLOWS (so I don't care about the memory),
4) Phone book should allow multiple numbers/person,
5) Speaker independent voice dialing,
6) Voice commands,
7) Shortcut to go to Handsfree mode,
8) Side buttons should be easier to press.

The UI seems fine to me [ducking]-- there are a lot of shortcuts, like typing in a letter to get to a menu. Big thing, though-- set menus to list instead of icon.

One UI thing they should do-- take a lesson from iPod and TiVo and REMEMBER WHERE I NAVIGATED PREVIOUSLY IN THE MENUS! SHEESH! [sorry for yelling]
