JVC 1080p set due in fall

So we got bored today and started reading old press releases. While reading one from three weeks ago on JVC's new high-end LCD sets, we found small mention of a 1080p LCD set on the horizon: the LT-40FH96. This set is due for a fall release according to JVC, but details are minimal. Expect an ATSC tuner and CableCARD slot, as well as two HDMI and two IEEE 1394 inputs. Also look for a memory card slot that will accept the Microdrives that store digital media from JVC's Everio camcorder line (sneaky, but smart!).

Looks like it pays us to read the entire press release, not just the first few paragraphs. OK, we're going back to the library now.
