(Logitech were one of the companys that appeared) The logitech lady phoned one her friends on msn to demonstrate. The video effects are amazing. you can change your face into a shark, for example and the eyes, mouth and eyebrows of the shark match your facial movements. she said it should be out in the next few weeks so should appear in stores soon!

martin

Comments on Logitech QuickCam Fusion adds improved performance, cheesy effects

I am considering this too. The problem I have with it is that when I am on MS Messenger people say my face is blurry. The camera I had installed before I got the Fusion camera was an Intel CS430 and all the reports I got on MS Messenger said my picture was crystal clear, but not on the Fusion camera. I don't know if I got a lemon or not. I may take it back to BestBuy amd stay with my Intel.

Pete

Comments on Logitech QuickCam Fusion adds improved performance, cheesy effects

I was one of the first to order the Fusion directly from Logitech. The picture was horrible compared to my cheap Quickcam Messenger. I tried the Customer Support route and even though they say they will respond within 24 hours, after four days there was no response. I located the email address of the CEO and sent him a message. Within 48 hours, I had a new Fusion on my doorstep and they picked up the "old" one. The "new" one worked perfectly. Then about three days later, I get a response from Customer Support that my unit is bad and to return it to point of purchase. I actually have had excellent service from my other Logitech hardware but this is the first time I've ever had to communicate with Customer Support.
