A friend was a Independent deal and sold me one(Arcada) at a great price and after only a year and half it broke down and his(Calida) also just after the two year warranty ran out . I here that more than 60% that his company sold broke in the last 5 years and  It take Two to three months to get repaired under warranty in California. I do agree that they look nice and have a beautiful finish.
