That's lame. Especially during a time when everything is recording VGA video at 30 fps. I'd expect more than this from Sony.

Nice looking device, but the video kills it.

And I wish they'd stop with the MS slots and just go with SD.

The Hybrid REC mode gives your pictures real context on the Cyber-shot M2. By simply pressing the PHOTO button while filming in Hybrid REC mode, the camera will automatically record the five seconds before the still picture and three seconds after the still picture. It’s truly a unique way to capture the atmosphere surrounding the moment. In this mode the movies are stored as 15 fps at QVGA size (320x240).

This is very important me as I just received a 2GB Memory Stick Duo Pro as a gift. I intend to get this M2, but I would like to enjoy the video on my PSP's beautiful 4.5" screen.

The M2 is not the first Cybershot camera to have stereo recording, the M1 was the first. Reading the posts above I see that "gotz" explained most of it.

Oh about the PSP movie question the video is recorded into the same folder name the PSP requires for folder structure.
