Also known as vaseline glass.  It is glass that has tiny amounts of uranium naturally infused in it. As a side affect of this, it kind of glows green in natural light and bright green under UV.  I have a container of 100 such marbles on my desk.  They are harmless, I think you'd have to gather more than a million of the marbles in one place to even have a potential personal risk.
