Reminder: SF Engadget Reader Meetup, today's the day!

Engadget Logo

We're hoping our SF readers are as stoked about our first Bay Area Reader Meetup as we are—which goes down later today, incidentally. Just to keep it fresh in your brainpan, the good people at Metaliq (a company which specializes in developing Flash websites) have been kind enough to host the event, and we'll have refreshments courtesy of PGP, free Engadget t-shirts for the first 100 people who show up, and tons of sweet prizes from Motorola, Microsoft, Nokia, OQO, Sonos, and more. Like, real deal prizes. See you there, and don't forget to bring your cameras and (unusual) gadgets!

Here's the scoop:

Wednesday, September 28th
7pm - 9pm

Metaliq
744 Alabama St.
Suite 200
San Francisco, CA 94110

The space is about an eight-to-ten minute walk from the BART. Just walk east up 16th Street when you come out of the station about six blocks and then take a right on Alabama, the event is on Alabama between 19th and 20th Streets. There should also be decent options for street parking, but we make no guarantees, especially if you arrive late.
