Of course, according to them there are no problems. Their response "there are plenty of happy Treo users sir, so I am not sure why you are having a problem."<br><br>Needless to say, I am not having a great Cingular experience, despite being a customer for about 8-9 years.<br><br>My problem - curious to see if anyone else has the same problem - is that my phone randomly shuts itself down and will not restart the phone or any related application that depends on the connectivity. It will soft-reset, cycle and then wont allow the phone to come back on... when I try to turn it back on it causes itself to reset yet again.. AARRGGHH.<br><br>Anyone having a similar problem? I am now on my third warrantied Treo. I had twice now where the battery is completely drain out even though it was ok the day before.
