Notes:
1.) Don't use Duracell, they're not sealed well and will leak. Energizer and almost all other brands work fine.
2.) Don't use the discharge option before charging, if your NiCad charger offers that.
3.) Don't use speed chargers.

With regard to the recharging of "disposable" batteries, this has been something we've been able to do for as long as I can remember.
