And for the rest of us, there are now really good 720p front projectors starting in the $2000 range (Panasonic PT-AE900U, Sanyo LP-Z4, ...). These will throw you a stunning image as big as 200" if you want (100"-120" is more the norm at that price given the light output)
That's home theater, plasmas and LCDs are just TVs.

Would this be pixel-shifting? or is that only on LCDs? There is definately such tech in existence.
