Weekend feature coming: 1080p Sony SXRD review
That's right, we get our hands on the 1080p KDS-R50XBR1 SXRD set from Sony. Well, "we" don't get our hands on it, but Matt does, lucky HDTV-dude that he is. The SXRD display is one of Sony's latest and greatest display technologies; it's basically the Sony version of LCoS or Liquid Crystal on Silicon and if you haven't seen it, you should. It's the stunning technology that powered the upscale Sony QUALIA 006 set.
