CBS starts streaming latest episodes of Threshold
But will they be presented in the same high definition 5.1 surround that I really like about the series? Unfortunately no, but if you go to CBS.com you can catch an episode right now fore free. It's only viewable in a relatively small window but it worked without a hitch in Firefox, and no pauses or buffering to speak of. Maybe they should call our friends over at 2much to find out how to stream high def?
I'm a fan of being able to watch what I want when and where I want to watch it, so I like this move because I missed a couple of episodes when I forgot to set up a series recording on my DVR and had to work late. Right now only the third episode is available, but tomorrow night's show and next week's will be available 5 days after they are broadcast. What do you think of this strategy, will having a chance to view the show on your PC ad-free make you more likely to watch it when it comes on TV?
