I live in Korea, and I certainly don't need a calling card to use my cell phone. The people who use calling cards are those who wish to make cheaper overseas calls.

Believe me, the wireless services here kick ass . If I knew Korean better, I'd probably take much greater advantage of the multimedia services available on my phone.

Spdmtl

Comments on Samsung's new H1000 WiBro cellphone

What is taking these companies so long to get QWERTY phones on the market? Mass corporately branded delusions of a common population?

and with DMB (Digital mobile broadcasting...mobile tv broadcasted by satellite)services like Tu, this upcoming wibro, multi-megapixel cameras, and greater memory capacities getting cheaper...damn the market is gonna heat up...and make my job heh harder.

First we had a moron who was spouting nonsense about ipods' market share being higher because he um "saw more on the way to work" than reported figures which are compiled from retail data and now we have this guy saying Korea has no service providers?

*sigh* maybe it only annoys me because I have to deal with same type or moronity from other analysts particularly those from the US.

like "Markets really don't support the need for connections over 50mbps" *rolls eyes* SO Powercomm's XPeed service of 100mbps connections are not on a huge rise? Jeez I should go freaking shred these subscription figures I just recieved. or...."the notebook market in Korea is at an even plateau..." oh helll...I should just eat these reports that show a huge increase in mid to low end laptop purchases... or....

*Sigh* misinformation even from those who are paid to know better makes me cranky. so I guess I should be less annoyed with whoever razr-02 is. but still....

johnnyprozac

Comments on Samsung's new H1000 WiBro cellphone

WiBro cracks me up.
