I think it may only be active in Japan at the moment, but I might be wrong.<br><br>iTunes video would be great, but Apple would never go for it. And Sony wouldn't either, I'm sure.<br><br>Assuming that Sony gets it together and starts their own download service in the US with a lot of content, this could be a great thing for PSP owners. The key way that the PSP beats the iPod in video (other than screen) is the wireless feature - PSP could really be pure video on demand, anywhere. I can't confirm as I'm not going to pay additionally so Tivo can transcode instead of doing it myself.  But just a thought.<br><br>I'm happy with the fact Sony is becoming more attentive to upgrades and adding functionality that could have been there all along, but Sony -- Let's see some decent games!  I'm already buying my second DS and have come THIS |-| close to selling the PSP on eBay.  So far it has not been a wise investment, even if you are playing "homebrew".<br><br>Sadly, I think they are on target marketing it as a PMP, rather than a gaming machine.  Because a gaming machine it isn't.  Grand Theft Auto is fine, but buggy.  I use it mostly to surf the internet while lounging around the house. Look around, start with PSPFanboy.com<br><br>Personally, I hate my PSP -- HATE IT!  $289.00 not well spent.  Mine still has ver 1.0 on it, and sits in the dresser, while I'm playing games on my DS.
