Also,can you tell me if the thing can pick up digital signal anywhere it's available for free?Just one more thing,can it pick up regualr t.v signals?

the N92 uses OMA DRM - not Windows DRM. Crown Castle uses Windows DRM so until the N92 is "upgraded" it will not work with the Crown Castle network.
