Yes it is outdated with regards to the KVM functionality, but who needs to extend the keyboard and mouse anyways?  The resolution is fine for many applications.  For custom installation applications, this would make hanging a plasma on a wall for board room applications a breeze when there is no way to pull a wire of any sort from a conference table to a nearby wall. Let's assume that I still can find some old PS/s Keyboard and a mouse which will actually fit :)<br>...But... 1024x768 would make me vomit when I'd display such resolution on my Dell 24" LCD. I mean, really... Make it Full-HD-compliant, add some bad-ass USB support and sell it at twice the price. They work fine for basic VGA, but they are as loud as all heck.  They have VERY loud and cheap fans.  The bearings are gone after only months of use. They do not work very well.
