It still isn't working properly. There's no documentation or parts identification list with it so you can't name the parts properly when you e-mail the Chinese for help. Communication with their sales support team is really weird. Their translations from the Chinese language really don't make sense in English most of the time. You send them a long list of problems; they only pick the questions they want to answer and say they don't understand the rest. I havn't got a single print yet that I can use because the printer mis-registers the RGB printouts !!! Is that the only problem, you ask. Heck no !!! I have to pre coat the candles with a kind of inkjet receptive varnish; problem is it won't stick to western made candles, or a least to none of the 54 different samples I've bought and tried. Then it takes 9 minutes to print a 3"x2" graphic in full color. Then, the ink "beads" on the candle and never dries. It smudges when you touch it, even after 7 days. There's more, but I think I've made my point. I tried to get my money back and suddendy the Chinese play hardball. They tell me "it's your problem - not ours". They offered to check out the printer, on conditions I paid $400 to ship it to them and $400 to ship it back -if they can fix it !!! If they can't fix it they say they'll give me back my money. Right now I just want my money back. Be warned folks. $1250 is a lot of dough. When you pay it to the Chinese it's really hard to get it back - and so is service, spare parts and consumables.

Maurice O'Brien

Comments on The Flower Art flower printer -- no, seriously

I would love to know if you got your machine sorted or your money back.
