I'm not a fan of the Aeron at all.  They've got this rigid plastic seat edge that cuts into your legs if you decide you want to twist your torso a bit when you sit.  Sure, you can argue that it's forcing you to sit properly, but I want a seat that's comfortable no matter how I choose to sit.
