be a bit more optimistic - i'm thinking touch screen ipod video that also plays games (psp rival?) that can be downloaded from the itunes music/video/games store. Interface a bit like the nintendo ds but woy more stylish!

Seems like every product they come out with, they have another one that's been out for a while that has significant faults (be it screen scratches, white spots, iPods mysteriously losing their entire music library, etc., etc.). I grew up on Apple computers from the beginning. An Apple IIe, then a MacPlus, a Performa, and so on. But, I'm sure not as proud of Apple as I used to be.
