There are 2 basic things to be done
One
Get to the windows interface of the avic and ensure it does not load up the pioneer map software
a) You will need a 2gb Sd Card - Insert this into the side of the AVIC
b) Locate the windowsce version 3 unlocker - google this you shuld get it - copy this to the sd card via ActiveSync
c) power down and powerup the avic - this will install and give u a windows interface

Two
a) Locate a torrent mio 2.3 with world maps and download it
b) Transfer it to the SD card
c) Use the file explorer on ur avic and execute the mio

You now have a avic that run mio as a navigator
