But there's a phrase a very good friend of mine came up with that comes to mind when considering automaton relations...

"Idle sex and chit-chat..."

Sure the robots could probably be made to serve our base physical needs, but I'm sorry...for me the act has to have some kind of HUMANISTIC element. Maybe I'm rare, but I like cuddling and intimate talking. What's this robot got to say ? A systems diagnostic ? "Warning: Low Battery" ?

Basically I think there has to be more to screws than bolts if you take me meaning...

Besides, what the heck kind of ego boost is this ? I mean even a prostitute has to be able to TOLERATE you. With this robot it has no cognition, will or perception. If I wanted that I'd hack Paris Hiltons cellphone and give her a call...at least the (minor) hack would give me a VAGUE sense of accomplishment.

But if all ya'all want significantly more than 2 pounds of silicone in your bed, have at. Just leaves more flesh-bots for this meat-machine (and trust me, I need all the help I can get :) ).
