As for the hack, it may be inefficient, but apparently it works. If you've hacked your PDA to control all of your IR and RF toys already, it would be cool to have control of your xbox in your pocket, too (especially if you've got all your DVDs on there).

I'd like to see it cleaned up a bit and mounted on a wall as a functional art piece. It would look cool and help to justify the cost.
