A good while ago. :D<br><br>"I was gonna say.. isn't "Nano" an Apple registered trademark?"<br>Nope! It's a prefix in the metric system. Even "iPod nano" isn't explicitly counted as one of their trademarks (<a href="http://www.apple.com/legal/trademark/appletmlist.html" rel="nofollow">http://www.apple.com/legal/trademark/appletmlist.html</a>), just "iPod".
