Music is great, and it's great to listen to, but I'd doubt anyone is listening to their Smashmouth CD from 10 years ago, or jamming out to Nataile Imbruliga. The subscription based service fills a void where you'd like a PMP, but don't own a gazillion CDs, and have no other way to fill your PMP, sans piracy. I think it's a definate option.

Later,

Randall

Randall

Comments on Engadget celebrates Father's day

I don’t feel comfortable buying music on ITMS or subscriptions. Each rebate says that the honor two rebates to each household/person/receipt and address, but I am not sure if it means that you submit two rebates for one of the stated products only, or submit four rebates for two products (like you said when you bought two). I'm in Moscow and there is a sweet place here called Garbushka and its sells pirated mp3 cd's for 100 Roubles( about 4 Dollars) For that you get a CD ripped at 192kbps 44khz and filled with an artists tunes. On 4 CD's my Dad got all of the stuff Bob Dylan( last Fathers day ) ever released including bootlegs and live stuff. My Creative zen vision:m is stuffed to the brim with top tunes.
