Although i haven't seen the new models, the previous Olevia models are the cheapest we carry, and for good reason.  You put one of these next to a hitachi or mits, and it will be blown away. If I told you how bad it was, you'd think I was making it all up.  The TVs are great (I'm on my second one), but if you have a problem (like when my 2nd one died 5 weeks after purchase), good luck getting anyone to listen or respond. It has an LG display panel and performs pretty well.<br><br>But yeah, I've read both good and bad things about customer service - depends on your luck. In my case I have an Olevia 427-S12 LCD HDTV with a Time Warner Cable Explorer 3250HD box and an Atlas dvr universal remote. If you do a blink back you will come up with 0047 (an RCA code) but it will not work. I emailed Olevia about the issue and have not heard back from them yet. The support information on Olevia's website says For the 3- 5- 7- series4 series is included in this group as well)<br>"This line of product is new to the market; STB manufactures have not included our brand in their code list yet.
