if this player would be released in europe and the us, there fastly would be a hacked firmware that would enable to have acceptable framerates and maybe some more formats to play. should be easy makeable by real geeks i think.

at last i have to say: you shouldnt care about the smaller than possible functionality, it costs 50$ and 1 year after you buy a better player and didnt waste 300$ for a highend player that will be in the middle class at this time. a point you should think about.
