Apple copied the Creative interface and just lost in a lawsuit By Creative so Apple has to pay the for using there menu system. So yes you do see an iPOOD menu because Creative created it.

And this is the iPod next to the Zen Vision: M today. As you can see, the Creative UI started to Morph into Apple's UI while the iPod UI stayed the same, just added color.
