I hope the PSP gets a redisign. It would be great if it has another analog stick so PS1 and even PS2 games could be better emulated onto it. Would be nice if they took some tips from the Mylo and used it on the PSP as well. I'd love to know how you figured that out. I don't think a day goes by where I don't see some kid on a PSP or GBA...sure, most adults don't use them in public, but at the hotel on vacation, etc, they use them.]]>Sep 4th 2006 3:11PMhttp://www.engadget.com/2006/09/04/sony-not-so-hot-for-psp-redesign-rumors/http://www.engadget.com/2006/09/04/sony-not-so-hot-for-psp-redesign-rumors/I've been a subscriber to PSM since day one and they've always been spot on when it comes to rumors they're willing to devote an entire two or three pages to, so it's probably true.

On Sony's denial, well yea of course they're going to deny it. PSM states that the redesign will hit sometime in the first quarter of next year which means they have until then to clear storage of the current PSP's. But if they confirmed now that'd be almost impossible as PSP sales would come to a standstill with most gamers simply waiting for the redesign.

I just hope the details are true. 8gigs of stored flash memory sounds awesome and would further explain how you're supposed to store all of the PS1 games that'll be available for download ONLY, as Sony stated a few months back.
