Seriously, who uses yahoo anymore for searches? They've boogered up the index of the site with so much crap, its a pain to actually use the search engine. The google empire and the term "google" have become such a part of Americana that I don't see how this is really going to make people switch. You can often hear people talk about "googling" this or that on popular TV shows and live talk shows (TV and radio), you never hear of someone yahoo-ing.

Until Acer starts pre-loading Linux (any distro) as requested by those of their customers concerned about security their agreement with Yahoo is going to have no net effect on Linux users, but then, we're told that nobody uses Linux.]]>Sep 15th 2006 7:16PM
