Seriously, my fridge is facing the other side of the kitchen, not my dinner table, etc.. The smaller display for weather... maybe.. but to watch TV or movies on? JAN07 - PURCHASED REFRIGERATOR WITH TV.

APR07 - ICEMAKER WILL NOT MAKE ICE.

MAY07 - ICEMAKER REPAIRED AFTER 3 WEEKS.

JUN07 - TV START TO FUZZ – UP.

JUL07 - TV WILL NOT SHOW UNLESS THE DOOR IS OPEN.

13JUL07 - CALLED LG SERVICE DESK.

27AUG07 - AFTER CALLING LG SPENDING UP TO 2 HOURS ON THE PHONE EACH TIME, THE TV STILL DO NOT WORK. IT WILL NOT EVEN COME ON AND NOW THE ICEMAKER/ WATER DISPENSER DON’T WORK.


EACH TIME I CALLED THE LG SERVICE LINE (1-800-243-0000) I’M PROMISE GREAT SERVICE. HOWEVER, WHENEVER I ASKED TO TALK WITH A TEAM LEADER THEY WERE NOT AVAILABLE BUT PROMISED TO CALL ME BACK. NOT ONE TIME HAVE I RECEIVED A CALL BACK. THERE WAS ONE AGENT (MARTHA x7435) WHO ACTUALLY DID KEEP HER WORD AND CALLED BACK. “THANKS MARTHA”.
