If so, then isn't the charching mechanism of this a little silly, unless you are likely to have it powered up on a desk and not being used for long periods? I had worked for a small tech company at the time (whom has contacts with BT mice manufacturers) and we were going to patent the idea and create it. Then one day surfing Engadget I saw it.
