DVR is a DirecTV Tivo HR10-250.  The IR Blaster is apparently working, but it WILL NOT communicate with my HR10-250 even though that is a stated option in the setup.  No matter how I position the IR Blaster in front of my IR window, the remote system will not work.  That renders the whole PCTV to Go system WORTHLESS.
