The learning curve with the suretype (especially during the installation) is nothing short of maddening. I spent an entire day trying to set it up, then took it back in desperation to the phone store, where they couldnt fix it at all. It turned out later than the Blackberry server was having problems communicating with outlook. (there appears to be some kind of relay race going on with more than one outlook server involved....but I dont really understand these things). Had to return it....I honestly believe its not ready for prime time for the serious business user. I must marvel at the number of positive reviews out there though, thats why I tried it out in the first place. ]]></description><dc:creator><![CDATA[david]]></dc:creator><pubDate>Jan 25th 2008 7:09PM</pubDate></item></channel></rss>
