(may had been because of currier catching up due to a snowy past week)  But, they have a design flaw which were possibly the cause of me already damaging mine.  Unlike the component cables you can't peel apart the audio feed from the video feed past a junction point about 6" down each cable.  So for me... my audio receiver is just slightly over 12" away each of the needed inputs.  So the cables may had stretched when finally completely hooked up.  I'm sure I'm not the only one who doesn't use tv speaker outputs.  And my 360's cables reach the distance with no problem at all.
