All they do is add sound effects (poor ones at that) and beat loops over existing music. This software figures out the BPM (beats per minute), tempo adjustment, volumne adjustment, echos, you name it.  If a Technics 1200 can do it, this software can.  You must use TWO sound cards (or a single 4-channel one).
