As I have worked for various companies, each facility is kept at a rather chilly temperature. I understand their reasons: cooler temperatures equal more alert workers, more professional to add layers than to take off layers of clothing, menopausal women’s rights seem to outweigh others, etc. It is a bit ridiculous when, living in southern California, I cannot wear a dress to work in the summer without bringing in my winter sweaters to keep me warm.
Anyway, I digress…As most workers use a mouse for 8+ hours a day, the arm is extended in this cold office climate. Our extremities have a bit more difficulty maintaining a comfortable temperature when extended. I would absolutely LOVE to own a heated mouse so I wouldn’t need to remove my hand from my mouse to my hot cup of tea every few minutes. A useful, practical, and darn right ingenious piece of equipment. Now to find a way for my company to understand and supply those of us with warm hearts, but cold hands.

HellaG2

Comments on Thanko makes the best even better, updates hand-warming mouse

We're talking about the hand on your mouse, right?
