I've wired my money in, and everytime they call in they tell me that they can't do anything about it and that I will have to call this number, the number being the fraud department. So let me get this straight? I frauded them by wiring money from my bank? Anywho, the number brings up a voice mail of the fraud department stating a call back within 24 to 48 hours which never happens. Talking to the CSR's supervisors on the phone gets me repeated response of:

"Sorry, I can't help you."
-'If you can't help me, who can? I paid for my product and it hasn't arrived, thats all your CSRs says to me and it wont do'
"Sorry, I can't help you."
-'This is unacceptable, it's been 3 years and counting'
"Sorry, I can't help you."
-'Can you forward me to someone that can?'
"Sorry, there isn't, I can't help you."
-'There has to be someone I can talk to'
"Sorry, I can't help you."
...
"Sorry, I can't help you."
...
"Sorry, I can't help you."
...
"Sorry, I can't help you. Thanks for calling Dell Services, *CLICK"

Long story short, I want my money back or my Dell Axim. Definitely not the X3 I paid for 3 years ago, but something of the equivalent price availabe today.

Thank you! Grrrr... (yeah, the chances of me seeing anything out of Dell out of this ordeal is pretty much zip, nadda, zero!)

I was using a Credit Card, but they had a deal on the Axim back then and they had problems processing my card so the CSR that took my order told me to wire the money to Dell. I check with the bank to confirm it was going to a Dell account. I wired the money, and faxed the receipt with the order number, and that's the last I've heard of my money or my Axim. Everytime I called in after that, I get the dreaded, I can't help you here, you'll have to call this number. They'll forward me to their supervisors, but the supervisors won't give out any numbers or forward me to their boss.
